Targeted Therapy-Simplifying Movement-Healing Systemically-Reactivating Vitality

What is Clinical Massage?

Clinical massage therapy focuses on the treatment of soft tissue to maintain, develop, augment or rehabilitate the client's physical function and range of motion. Clinical massage therapy can improve the overall functioning of a client's musculoskeletal system. The techniques used are specifically designed to help injuries heal, improve range of motion, and increase optimal muscle functioning.

Modalities I use include:

  • Neuromuscular Therapy

  • Myofascial release

  • Deep tissue

  • Trigger point release

  • Sports Massage

  • Swedish

The type of modality or the combination of modalities used is very specific to each client, their unique situation, and goals.

Specializing in those with . . .

Athletic Goals - training, recovery, maintenance.

Chronic conditions causing physical/emotional pain, range of motion limitations, mobility issues, and  daily function limitations.

Using targeted therapuedic methods and working very individually with every client, gives the client the results they need to reach functional and athletic goals.
